  • Hosting/Membership: Monthly payments are non-refundable. Continued service requires timely payments.
  • Development Services (Website, AI Agent/Chatbot, Web Application, etc.): All sales are final. No refunds will be provided. By making a payment, you agree to the final product. Claims for defects must be made within a reasonable time.
  • Maintenance: Maintenance is included for the agreed time. Rebuilds or work beyond the agreed time are paid work. No refunds. Claims for maintenance issues must be made during the agreed timeframe.

5. Delivery Policy

  • Hosting/Membership: Access is granted upon payment confirmation.
  • Development Services (Website, AI Agent/Chatbot, etc.): Delivery is considered complete upon final product approval.
  • Maintenance: Maintenance services are provided during the agreed-upon timeframe.
  • IT Consultations: Delivery will be defined by the signed contract.
